Please download a registration form and return it by February 5th.
Registration is $45 per person and includes conference materials, lunch on Saturday, event favors and a District Day tote bag. Late registrations will be accepted up until one week before the date of the event for a late registration fee of $55 per person.
On-site registrations will be charged an on-site registration fee of $70. This does not apply to collegiate chapter substitutions for women who were already registered. There is no charge to substitute members.

Friday Night Crafting
We will be making ladybug pins with seed beads and/or letters on shirts and tote bags. It is a cost of $1 per activity (i.e. $1 for a set of letters and $1 for a ladybug pin). Please bring your own shirts and or tote bags to craft with.
S. June Smith Center Wish List
Please bring items from the wish list so that D4 can make a SIZABLE donation to the S. June Smith Center!! Please download the list and bring as much as you can!
Foundation Raffle
Please bring ASA items for the foundation raffle. You may have extra bid day t-shirts laying around or other items – donate them to the ASA foundation raffle, plus you will have the opportunity to win items that other chapters have brought as well!
Every chapter is being challenged to bring at least 2 items to donate!
Workshop Presenter
If you are interested in being a workshop presenter, please fill out the Workshop Presenter Interest Form and return it to Julie Levine, our District Facilitator and Joanne Catron, our District Meeting Coordinator.
Vendor registration
District Days are a unique importunity for Official Licensed Vendors to make connections with hundreds of sorority women from around the country. Booths are $25 for a six-foot table. To register to be a vendor for one of the 2009-10 Alpha Sigma Alpha District Day events, please complete the Vendor Registration Form and return to national headquarters at least thirty days before the event.
District Guiding Stars
Each year at District Day the volunteer rescruitment and placement team awards district guiding stars to outstanding collegiate and alumnae chapter officers and district volunteers. Collegiate members wishing to nominate members for the guiding star awards should complete the form on the Alpha Sigma Alpha Officer Portal. Alumnae should complete one of the forms below.

Merchandise
Alpha Sigma Alpha District Day T-shirts are available for purchase. They are $10 each for sizes S-XL and $12 for XXL. Collegiate chapters wishing to order T-shirts should complete the District Day T-shirt Order Form on the officer portal. Alumnae wishing to order a shirt should complete the T-shirt order form. All District Day attendees will receive a District Day tote, pictured below.

Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation
The Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation continues to be a large supporter of Alpha Sigma Alpha District Day events. The Foundation was able to provide a grant this year to help off-set the costs of the event while maintaining the professional nature. Alpha Sigma Alpha would like to thank the Foundation for their continued commitment to this event.
