The Recruitment Coaching Team works with the VP or PR and Recruitment of each collegiate chapter with recruitment. We can help resolve issues surrounding recruitment and keep our women informed of new recruitment developments and techniques. Our goals for Recruitment include that all members will see the values of recruitment and will be enthusiastic in growing our sisterhood as well as maximizing opportunities for women to become members.

Meet your Team Leader
Kristi Carden (Delta Rho) is a graduate of Elon College and received her MBA in 2004 and PMP Certification in 2005. Currently, she splits her time between North Carolina and Northern VA while working at Sprint as a program manager. She loves to read and travel!
